Vendor Terms

Additional terms for organizers who list events and sell tickets on ticketZ.

Last updated September 4, 2026

Becoming a vendor

When you submit the Become a Vendor form, you ask us to upgrade your customer account to a vendor account. You must provide a truthful business or organizer name and, if you include a phone number, a number you are authorized to use. By checking the agreement box, you accept these Vendor Terms, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refunds Policy.

Your events

You are responsible for the accuracy of listings: date, time, venue, seating or standing capacity, prices, age restrictions, and media. You must have the right to promote the event and to use the images, video, and music you upload.

Organizer name, email, and phone that you add to an event may be shown to the public so buyers can contact you. Do not publish other people’s personal information without a lawful basis.

Legal events only

You may not list events that are illegal, that you do not have authority to sell, or that violate our Acceptable Use Policy. You must comply with liquor, fire, occupancy, accessibility, and other venue and municipal rules.

Sales and payments

Buyers pay through Stripe Checkout on the ticketZ platform. You authorize Odidor to charge buyers for tickets you list, at the prices you set, plus any fees we display at listing or checkout (none are charged as a separate line item today unless shown). Payout timing, taxes, and any future platform fees will be as we communicate in the product or in writing.

You must not circumvent ticketZ checkout to collect payment for inventory you listed on the platform in a way that defrauds buyers or us.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel an event, you must cooperate so buyers can be refunded in line with our Refunds Policy. You are responsible for promptly telling attendees and for any costs the platform incurs to reverse charges where the cancellation is your decision. You may also grant goodwill refunds; ask us at the privacy contact if you need a charge reversed through Stripe.

Attendee data

You may access order and ticket information for your events only to run those events (entry, customer service, required legal records). You are an independent organization with your own privacy obligations for any list you export or store outside ticketZ. Do not sell attendee lists or spam buyers except as allowed by CASL and other law.

Staff scanners

If you give staff access to scan tickets, you must only authorize people working that event. Scanning is for validating tickets you sold, not for collecting extra personal data.

Suspension

We may unpublish events or suspend vendor access if listings are misleading, illegal, or abusive, if payments are disputed at a high rate, or if you breach these terms. We may also do so to comply with law or protect buyers.
