Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do on ticketZ as a buyer, vendor, or scanner.

Last updated September 4, 2026

Purpose

ticketZ is for legitimate event discovery, ticketing, and door scanning. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone on the platform. We may suspend access, void tickets, or unpublish events if you break it.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Create fake, fraudulent, or misleading events, prices, or capacity.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or bulk automation to scoop tickets or harvest data.
  • Resell tickets commercially in violation of the listing, venue rules, or law.
  • Share, duplicate, or forge QR tickets, or scan tickets you are not authorized to validate.
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users, staff, or attendees.
  • Upload illegal content, infringing media, malware, or sexually exploitative material.
  • Attempt to break into accounts, APIs, or payment flows, or probe the system except through a coordinated disclosure we have agreed to.
  • Use ticketZ to promote violence, scams, or events you have no right to sell.

Vendors and staff

Vendors must not inflate sold-out listings, double-sell the same seat, or ignore occupancy and safety limits. Staff may scan only for events they are assigned to work.

Reporting

Report abuse or illegal listings to privacy-ticketz@email.odidor.co. We may preserve records and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
