What we use
ticketZ uses a small set of cookies and similar storage. We do not run third-party advertising networks or sell cookie data.
Essential cookies
Clerk sets session cookies so we can keep you signed in and protect account actions. These are required for login, checkout, vendor tools, and ticket scanning. If you block them, those features will not work.
Local storage (not cookies)
Your browser or app may store:
- Theme (light, dark, or system) so the interface stays consistent.
- Shopping cart contents until you check out or clear them.
- Seat-map view preferences for the seating builder.
- On the scanner: recent scan history and pending offline scans until they sync.
Maps and payments
Google Maps and Stripe may set their own cookies or local storage when their interfaces load (for example Places autocomplete or Stripe Checkout). Those providers have their own privacy and cookie notices.
Your choices
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Clearing storage will sign you out and empty your cart. Browser “do not track” signals are not currently used to change our cookie set because we only use essential and functional storage described here.
